Evolutionary genetics and genomics in the Mack Lab at KU

We are an evolutionary genomics lab focused on questions related to adaptation, speciation, and gene regulatory evolution. We synthesize population genetic, systems biology, and statistical genomics approaches to address fundamental evolutionary questions. Our research involves diverse systems but focuses on house mice and other rodents.
